About the Role
This role is responsible for managing relationships with major retail accounts in the Miami area, focusing on maximizing sales performance, executing marketing initiatives, and delivering solutions aligned with customer and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing negotiations with major retail partners in the region
- Develop and implement account-specific business plans
- Monitor sales performance and market trends for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement
- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Drive adoption of new products through targeted outreach
- Coordinate with supply chain to maintain inventory levels
- Present quarterly business reviews to key clients
- Manage pricing and contract terms in line with strategy
- Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues
- Track competitive activity and adjust tactics accordingly
- Support trade marketing efforts at the point of sale
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align priorities
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales projections
- Promote brand visibility within retail environments
- Ensure compliance with distribution agreements
- Facilitate product training for retail staff

Compensation
