Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, wealth managers, and advisors who serve potential cash-out clients
- Educate partners on how Cedar’s model enables equity release through a ground lease conversion
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and guides for partner use
- Track and manage a pipeline of homeowner leads generated through partner channels
- Coordinate with underwriting and transaction management teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely documentation
- Support partners through each stage of the transaction process to ensure a smooth client experience
- Collaborate with marketing to produce consumer-facing education materials, tools, and calculators
- Provide input on messaging and content to help explain the Cash-Out program in clear, accessible terms
- Represent Cedar in educational webinars, workshops, and events to drive awareness
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve partner experience
- Gather feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategy
- Contribute insights to improve Cedar’s cash-out workflows, materials, and overall adoption
