The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance of CSL Behring's portfolio in the Oslo area, focusing on rare diseases. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, executing strategic account plans, and supporting market access initiatives across Eastern Norway.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets and manage key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute customer-facing meetings and activities in line with the tactical country plan.
- Retain and grow long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
- Develop account-level strategies and implement action plans to support CSL brand objectives.
- Educate clients on therapy areas, treatment protocols, and CSL's solutions.
- Lead tender-related activities and ensure successful implementation of results.
- Participate in national and international congresses to promote CSL and engage with opinion leaders.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the Nordic Market Access team to maximize product access regionally.
- Uphold CSL values and comply with local regulations and confidentiality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a scientific or commercial field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital settings.
- Experience in immunology, hematology, or rare diseases.
- Strong account management and portfolio planning capabilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems like Vinci/Salesforce is a plus.
- High digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
