Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Key Account Manager to drive strategic account management and business growth. This pivotal role is responsible for executing commercial strategies and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Execute key account strategies, sales and marketing plans, promotional strategies, and projects for assigned products within identified key accounts.
- Develop Account Plans to maximize resource utilization, ensure execution of KEY Account Plans, achieve KAM/CRM KPIs, increase product access versus target, develop market share, and expand the account base.
- Meet or exceed tender and product bidding results for accounts in charge, individual direct reports, and channels.
- Lead a team of KAM and KAEs in the country through strategic key account thinking and communication.
- Ensure goal clarity and inspire behaviors that drive executional excellence.
