Husqvarna Group is hiring a Key Account Manager to join our Benelux team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating customer and market needs into a local sales strategy to drive growth with our key customers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver growth in profit, volume, sales, and distribution in line with national targets by implementing the right marketing and sales strategies for assigned customers.
- Meet distribution targets on the brands portfolio.
- Maintain customer relationships and develop new customer contacts at a key account level.
- Conduct analysis of customer needs, retail, and competition to develop future business opportunities for annual account planning.
- Develop an annual account plan for each relevant customer to meet growth targets for margin, turnover, category, distribution, fair shares, and profitability.
- Implement account plans to deliver targets through efficient use of company resources.
- Present status, future plans, and national/account-specific activities to assigned accounts in regular meetings.
- Monitor account performance versus targets and recommend corrective actions for deviations.
- Provide timely input for logistical planning and forecasting.
- Lead the implementation of account-specific activities and promotions.
- Participate pro-actively in Task Forces.
What We're Looking For
- HBO work and thinking level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management in a branded goods company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Team player attitude.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
