intaspharm is hiring a Key Account Manager to develop business by promoting our product portfolio to hospitals and clinical purchasing groups in North East Germany. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales, achieving targets, and building long-term strategic relationships.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets in your assigned territory and with assigned customers.
- Promote our portfolio to selected customers in hospital pharmacies and specialized wholesalers to enhance their knowledge and maintain long-term relationships.
- Provide competent and qualified support to hospital pharmacies and other selected stakeholders.
- Handle tender requests, prepare product and portfolio proposals for hospital buying groups and pharmacists, and lead negotiations for agreements.
- Represent intaspharm and our portfolio at medical congresses.
What We're Looking For
- A completed and passed state pharmaceutical sales representative examination or successfully completed studies in medicine or pharmacy (qualification according to §72 AMG).
- Proven experience and preferably in-depth knowledge of the German Hospital market.
- Advanced IT skills, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Flexibility for regular travel within the territory (up to 25%) and a valid driving licence.
- An outgoing, enthusiastic, communicative, and determined manner with high commitment and acquisition strength.
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, paired with a structured and systematic working style.
- Confidence in using all means of communication, both digital and analog customer interaction channels.
Nice to Have
- Experience in key therapeutic areas such as oncology, hematology, pulmonology, or infectious diseases.
