About the Role

This position leads key client relationships, leveraging analytics and industry expertise to deliver actionable insights that support sales growth and strategic decision-making in the FMCG and retail sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing client engagements with major retailers and consumer goods manufacturers
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to tailor insights to client objectives
  • Drive adoption of performance measurement tools and dashboards
  • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize product placement and promotions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic account planning
  • Monitor client KPIs and report on performance trends
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Present findings and strategies to senior client stakeholders
  • Maintain deep understanding of retail dynamics and market trends
  • Support the development of customized analytics offerings
  • Manage quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and service
  • Utilize sales intelligence to anticipate client needs
  • Drive retention and expansion within assigned accounts
  • Work closely with product teams to relay client feedback
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and industry innovations
  • Support onboarding of new clients to analytics platforms
  • Facilitate training sessions for client teams
  • Track and report on account health and engagement metrics
