Responsibilities

  • Advance adoption of digital health platforms, brands, and product portfolios, with a focus on increasing prescription volumes and platform utilization.
  • Evaluate partner requirements to uncover growth areas and customize solutions that enhance clinical and business performance.
  • Produce forecasts, account plans, and performance analyses to guide strategic planning and operational decisions.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners alongside regional account teams and ensure smooth handover to long-term management.
  • Meet established targets for sales, outreach activities, and meetings through consistent application of structured sales methodologies.
  • Track industry developments, competitive movements, and market shifts to detect expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain trusted relationships with medical professionals and multi-clinic networks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and the organization, ensuring transparent communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Deliver consistent, high-level support in coordination with internal departments to maintain partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Support leadership goals tied to partner performance, business expansion, and relationship development.
  • Act as a technical and operational expert on company platforms, product lines, and innovations.
  • Train partners on product features, clinical use cases, and optimal prescribing practices to improve patient care outcomes.
  • Articulate the value of technology-driven healthcare solutions using data, insights, and evidence-based narratives.
  • Help design and implement educational programs for key prescribers and healthcare provider communities.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date recording of all partner engagements, projections, and activities in CRM tools.
  • Deliver regular, detailed reports on sales performance, partner metrics, market intelligence, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, design, logistics, customer service, and executive teams to execute partner-centric initiatives.
  • Support ongoing refinement of operational workflows, partner experience, and commercial strategies.
