About the Role

This role is responsible for managing high-value client accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring delivery of services meets expectations through collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor account health and customer satisfaction
  • Develop account plans to drive long-term success
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Coordinate resolution of client issues
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM
  • Stay informed about product updates and capabilities
  • Communicate client feedback to product and operations teams
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations
  • Drive adoption of new services within existing accounts
  • Work with marketing on targeted campaigns for key clients
  • Analyze client usage patterns and trends
  • Escalate technical or operational issues when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
  • Participate in sales forecasting activities
  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Align account goals with company objectives
  • Promote customer success initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management
