Solenis is looking for a bilingual Key Account Manager to manage assigned accounts and create significant value for our customers. In this role, you will be the primary driver for maintaining relationships, delivering on commitments, and identifying new business opportunities within the Foodservice & Hospitality sector.
What You'll Do
- Manage assigned accounts with the primary goal of creating value for customers.
- Identify new product opportunities and sell them to existing customers.
- Maintain and strengthen corporate relationships.
- Deliver on all contractual commitments.
- Grow current volume, optimize pricing, and improve gross profit.
- Develop new business to achieve and exceed annual operating plan and profitability targets.
- Perform non-routine and moderately complex assignments independently.
- Research assignments, process and analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Use computers and systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data.
- Provide leadership and direction to lower-level employees.
- Understand the technical components of field equipment and service level agreements.
- Determine methods, standard operating procedures, and sequences.
- Develop and/or participate in RFPs, service level agreements, and training requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency (verbal and written) in both French and English.
- Solid knowledge of Foodservice & Hospitality industry market trends.
- Experience working with both distribution channels and end users.
- A proven track record of managing corporate relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated strengths in project and time management.
- Financial acumen and P&L management experience.
- Some legal contract negotiation skillset.
