SHISEIDO is seeking a Key Account Manager Assistant for an apprenticeship (Alternance) within the French Market Commercial Directorate. In this role, you will support Key Account Managers in their daily actions with the key Sephora account, helping to develop sell-in and sell-out revenue across a tri-axis portfolio of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing strategic meetings, including business reviews, assortment recommendations, annual negotiations, and ad-hoc action plans.
- Support Key Account Managers in operational follow-up with retail accounts.
- Operational steering with marketing and digital teams.
- Monitor and analyze new product launches and Trade & E-trade actions.
- Monitor retail accounts' social media activities.
- Support Marketing and Trade teams in organizing brand actions.
- Maintain regular communication with tri-axis field teams.
- Coordinate and communicate with field teams regarding negotiated promotions with retail accounts to ensure success.
- Lead the bi-monthly synthesis for Regional Managers on national account activations.
- Manage weekly and monthly 'sell-in sell-out' files for national accounts.
- Produce monthly performance reporting by brand (Nars, Drunk Elephant) for EMEA management.
- Produce monthly performance reporting for the perimeters of the 3 Key Account Managers (Nocibé, Sephora, Marionnaud).
- Monitor annual sell-in and sell-out launches to optimize revenue steering and sell-through on new products.
- Monitor stock levels and shortages.
What We're Looking For
- You are seeking a responsible apprenticeship combining analysis, creativity, and pragmatism within a subsidiary.
- Education level: Bac+4/5 (Master's level) from a business school.
- You are organized, rigorous, synthetic, and able to manage daily priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are agile with good interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Nice to Have
- A first professional experience in the cosmetics market or within a commercial function.
