Puig is hiring a Key Account Manager for a maternity leave replacement starting June 2026. Based in Brussels, Belgium, you will be responsible for developing sustainable omnichannel activity with the two largest accounts in Benelux, managing the relationship with key partners like Douglas/Paris 8/Inno, and contributing significantly to omnichannel category growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement key account strategy and plans aligned with company priorities.
- Deeply understand sell-in/sell-out results and client needs to create strong action plans driving category growth.
- Coordinate with the Customer Development Manager to develop annual account plans and budgets.
- Negotiate and align common business plans with the retailer.
- Partner with the Retail Manager to achieve company sales objectives at the point of sale.
- Develop E-Commerce in collaboration with the E-Commerce KAM Manager.
- Lead and prepare COOP negotiations in collaboration with the Customer Development Manager.
- Monitor client financial results and assist the Sales Director during annual meetings and year-round follow-up.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the retailer to ensure effective coordination within Puig.
- Define, prepare, and follow up on monthly commercial update and sales meetings.
- Monitor monthly budget closing (reports, analyses, action plan implementation).
- Be responsible for product launches and sales implementations, from negotiations to shelf placement.
- Manage the best planogram for your category in collaboration with the retailer, highlighting best sellers.
- Hold monthly meetings to monitor service level, stock, returns, and delistings.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience in category management and/or omnichannel key account management.
- Proven experience contributing to maximizing long-term business results.
- Experience in the cosmetics field.
- Mastery of English and French.
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to develop solid opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build good relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel.
- Proactivity, autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Team spirit, energy, empathy, and good communication skills.
