About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with top-tier clients by delivering tailored solutions and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to increase customer success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
  • Advocate for customer needs internally

  • Facilitate onboarding and integration support as needed
