Keen Decision Systems is hiring a Marketing MMM Analyst to be a key enabler in helping customers improve their Marketing and Media Planning through the Keen Platform. You will work closely with Account Directors to support the execution of account strategy within a portfolio of named clients.

What You'll Do

• Learn and use all features of the Keen Platform to drive clients' desire to measure marketing and make investment decisions differently.
• Provide and teach data manipulation and management services, including direct data aggregation, cleansing, and uploading into the Keen Platform, and data source integration support.
• Provide and teach model quality checks, reviewing model inputs and outputs for statistical fit, tactic ROIs, data quality, and narrative support.
• Collaborate with Sr Analysts to suggest model changes to improve health and support the client narrative.
• Provide and teach support for plan optimizations, configuring and running optimized marketing plans aligned to strategy and client goals.
• Conduct 1:1 training with client users on how to use the Plans feature.
• Provide and teach support for narrative and story-telling deck generation, configuring reporting features and developing initial drafts of stories.
• Attend key client meetings remotely to support the narrative.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for clients, refining models to fit business objectives.
• Monitor model updates for expanding accounts, offering technical support and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Provide feedback to product development for platform enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a combination of Marketing Analytics, SaaS Customer Success, and/or Data Cleansing & Management.
