Responsibilities
- Transcribe spoken Kannada audio into accurate written text
- Identify and label speakers in multi-voice recordings
- Follow formatting guidelines for timestamps and punctuation
- Review existing transcriptions for spelling, grammar, and completeness
- Ensure transcriptions reflect the original tone and meaning
- Flag unclear or unintelligible audio segments
- Maintain consistency in terminology and style across files
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Meet deadlines for assigned transcription tasks
- Report technical or workflow issues promptly
- Use transcription software and tools efficiently
- Follow project-specific quality benchmarks
- Participate in training sessions for new guidelines
- Respond to feedback for quality improvement
- Handle large volumes of audio accurately
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage time effectively across multiple assignments
- Maintain high accuracy under time constraints
- Review peer transcriptions when required
- Ensure compliance with linguistic standards in Kannada
