Colas Rail UK is offering a Jurist Apprenticeship within the Legal Department of Colas France's South-East Territory, based in Aix-en-Provence. As an apprentice attached to the Head of the Civil Liability Unit, you will participate directly in the administrative and legal handling of pre-litigation and litigation files.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the administrative and legal handling of pre-litigation and litigation files concerning the company's civil liability in its construction activities.
- Draft correspondence and emails.
- Participate in regulatory and case law monitoring and conduct research.
- Write notes on specific questions, topics, or points.
What We're Looking For
- Seeking an apprenticeship as part of a Master's degree in insurance law, business law, or public law.
- Good writing skills.
- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
Team & Environment
You will be attached to the Head of the Civil Liability Unit within the Legal Department of the South-East Territory.
Work Mode
This role is onsite in Aix-en-Provence (13).
