About the Role

The position involves managing user acquisition campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to growth initiatives across multiple channels to improve user volume and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital platforms
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPI, ROAS, and LTV
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights
  • Work closely with external media partners and ad networks
  • Support the development of scalable growth strategies
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and market expansion
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels based on performance
  • Assist in building automated reporting systems
  • Ensure data accuracy across tracking platforms
  • Contribute to user funnel optimization initiatives
  • Partner with product teams to align growth efforts with user experience
