GFT Technologies SE is hiring Junior Talent with Technical IT Skills to join our specialized training programs. You will participate in our 'semilleros' initiative, focusing on areas like Cloud, Backend, Frontend, QA, Data, Mobile, DevOps, or Appian, to develop your potential and train for a future consulting career in a dynamic, agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Participate actively in the structured 'semilleros' training program and assigned technical training processes.
- Support development, testing, documentation, or analysis tasks according to your chosen specialty.
- Propose improvements, ideas, and solutions to technical or academic challenges.
- Work collaboratively within a team using agile methodologies.
- Learn and adopt software engineering best practices and GFT standards.
What We're Looking For
- Junior talent with foundational technical skills.
- Student in final semesters (8th, 9th, or 10th) or a recently graduated professional with no experience.
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Software Development: Programming fundamentals in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript or another language. Basic knowledge of data structures, OOP, and development life cycles.
- Cloud: Basic concepts of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- QA / Testing: General knowledge of manual or automated testing.
- Data: Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases. Fundamentals of analytics or data models.
- DevOps: Basic knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools.
- Process Automation: Basic knowledge of process automation tools like Bizagi or Appian.
