Red Hat is looking for a Junior Solution Architect to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will be a technical collaborator who helps customers be successful by applying Red Hat products and services. Your focus will be understanding customer challenges and requirements and addressing them with our technology portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the 12-month FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles) starting September 2026.
- Learn about Red Hat and how to support customers with our portfolio and services.
- Build a strong support network of peers, manager, mentor, and other Red Hatters.
- Develop technical skills in the Red Hat portfolio spanning Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions through training and certifications.
- Apply technical skills by engaging in meaningful customer interactions, experiences, and job shadowing.
- Shadow and assist experienced Solution Architects delivering proof of value through presentations, demos, workshops, and pilot projects.
- Enhance professional capabilities through real-world customer work and skill development.
- Gain understanding of enterprise-level solution architecture processes and tools.
- Focus on personal and professional development.
- Support the Sales organization’s goals to deliver customer business value, advance opportunities, educate customers, and increase pipeline and revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Passion and curiosity for open source technology and desire to build a career in Tech.
- Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields gained through university, bootcamps, certificates, military experience, etc.
- Demonstrated experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related project.
- Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies.
- Desire to be customer-focused, understanding customer needs and helping them achieve their goals.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and to work both in-person from a Red Hat Brussels office and remotely.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, Dutch and French.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with any Red Hat products: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat AI platform, and related technologies.
- Some exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) or programming languages (e.g., Java, Go).

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Brussels, requiring work from a Red Hat Brussels office and remotely, with travel to customer sites.
