Proxy Live Solutions is hiring a Junior Shift Leader

About the Role

The Junior Shift Leader assists in managing daily business activities and administrative tasks within the Live Gaming industry. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support shift operations and team coordination at Proxy Live Solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the management of daily operational activities such as internal rotations
  • Assist with the management of daily operational activities such as live behavior
  • Assist with the management of daily operational activities such as replacements due to absence
  • Assist with the management of daily operational activities such as general shift management
  • Assist with the management of daily operational activities such as other ad-hoc situations that may occur during a shift
  • Answer phone calls while on shift
  • Coordinate proper allocation of human resources during the shift
  • Arrange and assist with new employee onboarding
  • Assist with staff training and retraining when visibly necessary
  • Ensure proper training of new colleagues
  • Use various internal systems including but not limited to JIRA
  • Use various internal systems including but not limited to WIKI
  • Use various internal systems including but not limited to Microsoft 365 suite
  • Use various internal systems including but not limited to scheduling software
  • Assist with employee engagement activities during the shift (if any events are organized)
  • Help with client promotions on live tables (when such occur)
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
  • Assist collaboration among different departments to achieve high performance across the shifts
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences
  • Ensure adherence to all internal procedures
  • Uphold and display Proxy Live Solutions™ company values
  • Perform any other duties as required and relevant to the role

What We're Looking For

  • One year of experience in the Live Gaming industry or one-year relevant experience in a similar position
  • Great communication skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication in English
  • Able to work shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Able to elaborate on any situation in a polite, calm, and peaceful manner
  • Able to identify and resolve a variety of ad-hoc and non-standard issues on shift
  • Able to think on your feet and make decisions in a time constraining manner
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and in particular MS Excel
  • Knowledge of MS Excel formulas
  • Able to learn how to use all needed software
  • Be able to use gained knowledge after training
