Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Analyze issues, assess potential solutions, and propose actionable recommendations
- Design and carry out test cases for system functionality
- Monitor adherence to established system blueprints over time
- Deliver end-user training sessions and produce supporting documentation
- Collaborate with fellow SuccessFactors specialists on integrated solutions
- Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional teams across the business
