Zalaris is hiring a Junior SF EC Consultant

Zalaris is looking for a Junior SF EC Consultant to join our Cloud Consulting team. In this role, you will implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, helping our clients optimize and streamline their HR processes. You will collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, analyzing requirements and providing expert technical guidance.

What You'll Do

• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with project blueprints.
• Conduct end-user training and create supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
• Communicate effectively with various functional teams across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central key admin or HRIS on the customer side.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• This position requires residency in Poland and a valid work permit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accountability for your actions, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment and determination in solving complex problems.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules and integrations is an advantage.
