Signet Jewelers is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to build foundational experience in sales processes within our cybersecurity operations. This role focuses on lead acquisition, order support, and partner engagement, offering a path to grow your career in a dynamic IT environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle the process of acquiring new leads.
- Support the order submission process.
- Manage support renewals.
- Update the CRM and issue offers.
- Orchestrate PoC (Proof of Concept) projects.
- Orchestrate partner programs and support partners.
- Synchronize marketing plans in the region.
- Organize Fudo's participation in local events.
- Orchestrate post-sales support and critical cases.
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm for sales processes and a focus on gaining more experience in an IT company.
- Passion for contact with clients.
- Assertiveness, persistence, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Willingness to learn and an interest in the cybersecurity market and trends.
- Great communication skills expressed in effective relations with clients and internal cooperation.
- Awareness of sales processes and the ability to put them into practice.
- Analytical skills, making all reports and presentations on a high level.
- Fluency in English and German.
