Responsibilities
- Conduct regular product demonstrations for golf clubs, professionals, simulator centers, club fitters, serious amateur players, and other target groups.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients using various outreach methods such as cold calling, social media, events, and workshops.
- Stimulate market demand through partnerships with the local PGA and related golf associations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing consistent training and after-sales service.
- Deliver hands-on training and initial technical support to customers.
- Plan and execute educational Trackman University workshops for clients and partners.
- Test products thoroughly and share actionable feedback with hardware and software development teams.
- Develop and refine sales strategies tailored to specific regional markets.
