- Detect unusual patterns or behaviors through risk monitoring tools.
- Evaluate account activity and historical data to determine necessary actions.
- Process and record customer documentation for identity verification.
- Confirm customer identities and sources of deposited funds using verification protocols.
- Manage withdrawal inquiries by validating balance origins, documents, and payment methods.
