Blue Rose Consulting Group is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support recruiting operations under the direction of a Senior Recruiter and Program Managers, ensuring alignment between candidate qualifications and our project requirements.
What You'll Do
- Support the Senior Recruiter in executing sourcing strategies for active requisitions
- Collaborate with Program Managers to understand technical and functional hiring needs
- Source candidates using professional networking platforms, applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and job boards
- Conduct structured phone screenings to validate skills, experience, and overall fit
- Evaluate resumes against detailed job descriptions and document findings clearly
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Track sourcing metrics and activity levels
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience reviewing and screening resumes for professional or technical roles preferred
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing tools and recruiting software platforms
- Ability to assess qualifications against structured job requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting consulting or project-based environments
- Experience working directly with hiring managers or program leadership
- Background recruiting for IT, data, analytics, or consulting roles
Team & Environment
This position reports to the Senior Recruiter and works closely with Program Managers to ensure candidate quality and alignment with project requirements.
Work Mode
This is a global position.
