Zions Bancorporation is looking for a Junior Real Estate Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of real estate commercial term and construction loans, performing financial analysis, and supporting Real Estate Bankers with client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage and service a portfolio of real estate commercial term loans and construction loans.
- Spread and analyze financial statements, assess risk, and assist in loan presentation preparation and performance monitoring.
- Handle reporting on loans, including past dues, documentation exceptions, financial updates, taxes, insurance, and problem loans.
- Keep informed of financial and market trends and analyze their effects on the portfolio.
- Maintain existing client relationships and assist Real Estate Bankers with new and existing loan requests.
- Foster strong working relationships to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of real estate credit associated lending or 3+ years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Knowledge of real estate commercial lending and/or related lending.
- Knowledge of credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, tax analysis, credit scoring, and loan documentation.
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Officers, employees, and clients.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, or a related field.
