Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH is looking for a (Junior) Product & Offerwall Operations Manager to become a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform. You'll work at the intersection of product, operations, and growth to ensure smooth execution of offers, improve research processes, and support the platform's overall success.
What You'll Do
- Review available affiliate offers from different vendors to identify the most suitable options for the user base.
- Compare offers using internal dashboards to find the highest value and best user fit.
- Use admin dashboards to publish or disable offers with attention to data accuracy and backend logic.
- Regularly monitor vendor dashboards to identify high or low-performing offers.
- Enable or disable offers on the offerwall based on performance insights.
- Review competitor analysis reports prepared by the internal team.
- Explore competitor platforms and social channels to identify high-performing offers.
- Support the preparation and management of educational content for users on the offerwall.
- Check user metrics and behavioral patterns across segments and cohorts to share insights with the team.
