SHUTTLE99 OU is seeking a Junior Paid Ads Campaign Specialist to join our digital marketing team in the FinTech sector. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and managing affiliate campaigns in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, growth, and collaborative problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies competitive.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- General knowledge of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in managing and optimizing PAID advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting.
- Keen to learn and to develop skills further.
