The Global Talent Co. is looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator (German-speaker) to support our fast-growing company specializing in car transport across Europe. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth execution of our services and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.
- Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and German.
- Interest in expanding responsibilities and growing within the company.
- A proactive and hands-on mentality, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
