Azurreo is looking for a Junior Operations Officer to support and coordinate telecom operations across our global network of over 60 countries. You will be the vital link in ensuring the seamless management of mobile line operations, maintaining impeccable documentation, and facilitating issue resolution with international providers.
What You'll Do
- Proactively monitor and manage the validity, registration, and contract status of mobile lines across various global operators.
- Coordinate directly with telecom operators worldwide to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve service issues and customer incidents.
- Accurately track, update, and maintain internal databases and systems with both administrative and technical information.
- Utilize internal ticketing systems to log, track, and escalate incidents, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
- Assist in the preparation of clear and concise operational reports and performance overviews for internal stakeholders.
- Help coordinate cross-functional meetings, diligently document action points, and ensure follow-up on key deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience in an operations, administrative support, telecom, or customer service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory for global coordination.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and Word for documentation).
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Legal right to work in Lebanon and available for a full-time remote position.
- A responsible, accurate, and incredibly detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting and collaborating effectively with international team members across different departments.
- A natural problem-solver with a fast-learning aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
