Tribe.xyz is looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to source and engage candidates for our innovative partner companies. You will build talent pipelines and serve as a primary point of contact, helping to redefine recruitment by pairing innovation with a human touch.
What You'll Do
- Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
- Follow up and reach out to different types of candidates to engage with them.
- Measure and record conversion rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Set up candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers.
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German; minimum C1 is essential.
- Based in EMEA or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client hours.
- Minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience with sourcing techniques like recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
- Solid track record in sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools.
