Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Talent Support Officer to join our recruitment team. In this remote role, you will source and engage German-speaking talent worldwide, providing essential support from initial screening through the hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage German-speaking candidates across various industries.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and organizational needs.
- Ensure effective, positive communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent.
- Contribute insights and ideas in team meetings to enhance talent support strategies.
- Engage in continuous professional development through provided training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates.
- Strong communication skills for effective engagement in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for virtual task management.
- A collaborative spirit to work as part of a diverse, remote team.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote capacity.
- Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece.
