About the Role

The role involves managing digital advertising efforts, analyzing campaign data, and contributing to media planning under supervision, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms
  • Track key performance metrics and generate regular reporting summaries
  • Assist in the development of media plans based on client objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to refine targeting strategies
  • Manage daily bidding and budget allocation tasks
  • Identify trends in campaign performance data
  • Support onboarding of new advertising accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign settings and changes
  • Communicate updates and insights to team leads
  • Stay current with platform updates and advertising industry changes
  • Execute A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with ad delivery
  • Coordinate with creative teams to align messaging
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies
  • Assist in preparing client-facing presentations
  • Respond to internal data requests promptly
  • Use analytics tools to assess audience behavior
  • Help maintain campaign calendars and timelines
  • Participate in weekly performance review meetings
  • Support documentation of best practices and workflows
  • Contribute to process improvements for media buying efficiency
  • Follow established protocols for account security
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff
  • Adapt strategies based on real-time performance feedback
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
