Remote Recruitment is looking for a Junior Marketing Executive & Assistant to provide crucial support to our UK-based marketing team. This dual-role is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute across a wide range of marketing activities in a remote, collaborative setting.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Assist in creating, proofreading, and scheduling content for social media, email, and website platforms
- Help manage and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, campaign reporting, and file management
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with external suppliers and stakeholders when required
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or communications role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet connection
