CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Junior IT ServiceDesk Specialist to be the first point of contact for all IT-related requests from studio employees. You’ll troubleshoot common technical issues and support our IT infrastructure, playing a key role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to creating revolutionary, story-driven RPGs.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related requests from studio employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues involving hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members, providing clear documentation and context.
- Create, update, and manage support tickets using our IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software in line with company standards.
- Support user account management tasks (e.g., password resets, account setup).
- Help maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Provide on-site technical assistance in office environments, including meeting room setup, equipment moves, and workstation prep.
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting resolved issues and standard procedures.
- Participate in training opportunities and stay open to learning new technologies and support methods.
What We're Looking For
- Secondary education in IT or a degree from a technical university, or a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an IT-related role.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS), ability to resolve simple hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and user management basics (e.g., Active Directory).
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to install and configure standard software applications.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset – patient, clear, and approachable.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a real-world environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and stay organized in a dynamic workplace.
