Allianz is looking for a Junior Insurance Technician to join our Back Office team for Auto and Massified Products. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing automobile and fleet proposals and endorsements, ensuring the correct application of underwriting rules, and providing vital support to our commercial areas and partners.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and process automobile and/or fleet proposals and endorsements, ensuring correct application of the company's underwriting rules for risk acceptance or refusal.
- Interact with brokers via GO and/or Operations Manager to handle risks in issuance.
- Provide support to the Commercial area and partners in processes requiring manual entry in automobile and fleet lines.
- Evaluate operational demands related to prior inspection, involving brokers, providers, and internal areas.
- Act on continuous improvement initiatives for operational flows, supporting small projects for efficiency, standardization, and digitalization of processes.
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate degree in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel for updating and creating spreadsheets.
- Must reside in São Paulo.
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of Automobile and Fleet products.
- Familiarity with vehicle assessment (models, damages, and characteristics).
- Experience in administrative, operational, or insurance activities.
- Notions of underwriting and operational processes in insurance companies.
