As a Junior Influencer Marketing Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing influencer campaigns to life for lifestyle and FMCG brands. Working across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, you’ll help design and manage initiatives that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences in authentic ways.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to performance review
- Work directly with creators at all levels, from nano to macro, ensuring content aligns with brand goals
- Develop clear, engaging creative briefs that speak to young audiences
- Identify emerging social trends and suggest ways to integrate them into campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and international clients to keep projects on schedule
- Deliver post-campaign summaries with actionable insights based on performance data
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Hungarian, English, and Romanian
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or social media—either professionally or through relevant academic work
- A natural interest in pop culture, TikTok trends, and the evolving creator landscape
- Strong organizational skills paired with creative thinking
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team
