Mountfitchet Group is hiring a Junior Group Charter Sales Consultant - 10% Uncapped Commission

About the Role

This position involves assisting clients in organizing group travel charters while receiving full training and guidance. The consultant will identify opportunities, manage bookings, and deliver excellent service to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients interested in group travel arrangements
  • Reach out to prospects through phone and email outreach
  • Present charter options tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams for group bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Follow up with leads to close sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Assist in preparing travel proposals and quotes

Job Description: Consisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jets charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.Duties will include but are not limited to: * Build and manage your own client portfolio, turning prospects into loyal clients through calls, emails, and meetings * Hit and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients * Oversee charter bookings from enquiry to completion, using your knowledge of aircraft and the charter process * Develop strong relationships with private jet operators to offer the best aircraft solutions * Monitor flights 24/7 to ensure seamless operations and a world-class client experience * Continuously expand your aviation knowledge and stay ahead of market trends * Travel and accompany chartered flights, experiencing luxury air travel first-hand Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree, training in business, hotel & luxury management, air transport law * Previous sales experience, comfortable cold calling, generating leads and developing new business * Fluent in French, English and Dutch (business level) * Experience providing exceptional service in a client-facing, luxury environment * Ability to tailor your sales approach to meet each client’s unique needs * Proactive with the ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time Hard-working and flexible, this role is not just a 9-to-5 job* Valid driver's license and passport Your knowledge:* Sales and negotiation techniques * High level of customer service * Knowledge of the company's products and/or services * General knowledge of air charter OUR COMMITMENT: extensive 6 month training period with a dedicated mentor, 1 month training in our LON HQ to ensure we make you an expert in private jet charter!
