Responsibilities
- Design and produce branded and tailored marketing assets for property listings, including brochures, email campaigns, websites, presentations, maps, and social media content.
- Transform data-driven research into visual narratives such as market analyses, newsletters, infographics, graphs, charts, and tables.
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and Marketing Lead to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Interpret creative strategies and translate them into design direction, with attention to overarching goals and thorough execution.
- Keep current with evolving design and marketing trends to enhance brand visibility and professional positioning.
- Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining efficiency and organization.
- Partner with marketing team members and internal stakeholders to define optimal design approaches for each project context.

Responsibilities
- Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials to promote Stream property listings, including but not limited to brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, maps and social media content.
- Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts and tables.
- Work closely with Senior Designer and Marketing Lead to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
- Translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through.
- Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our company professionals.
- Work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to discuss and determine best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project.
Team
The Junior Graphic Designer will work with the marketing team manager and collaborate with the Senior Designer and Marketing Lead.
