Enpal B.V. is looking for a Junior Fleet Manager:in (w/m/d) to take responsibility for the efficient management of our vehicle fleet. This varied role in our dynamic environment requires organizational talent, responsibility, and motivation. You will contribute directly to our mission of providing clean energy for all.
What You'll Do
- Plan maintenance and service appointments with workshops to ensure smooth operations.
- Process ticket requests from employees regarding all vehicle topics, such as damages or fuel card problems.
- Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners.
- Maintain and update all vehicle-related data in the system.
- Ensure vehicles are returned to the fleet completely and properly.
- Support branches as needed in the electrical area and check vehicles present there.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- First experience in fleet management.
- Experience dealing with leasing companies and good technical understanding of vehicles.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
