  • Maintain an uncompromising standard of cleanliness and organization across all guest-facing and back-of-house service areas.
  • Drive daily profitability by leading the team in up-selling initiatives and menu engineering strategies to maximize average guest spend.
  • Maintain absolute accountability for all guest payments, cash handling, and end-of-shift financial reconciliations.
  • Monitor and maintain operational stock levels, initiating orders for equipment and consumables to ensure zero service interruptions.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all menus (breakfast, evening, and bar) to provide confident, detailed recommendations to guests.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by communicating professionally with all colleagues and mentoring the team to meet evolving luxury hospitality benchmarks.
  • Stay informed of resort-wide events and occupancy levels to proactively adjust staffing and service strategies.
