Responsibilities
- Help organize and carry out business-to-business events such as roundtables, networking sessions, and industry gatherings.
- Assist in managing event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and material preparation.
- Handle event registration processes, maintain guest lists, and manage participant communications.
- Support on-site event operations including setup and real-time coordination.
- Monitor and record event attendance and collect lead information post-event.
- Contribute to partner marketing initiatives, including joint events and basic promotional campaigns.
- Help create and prepare marketing content such as presentation slides, email copy, and simple promotional assets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to align event activities with broader goals.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email outreach and basic performance tracking.
- Maintain simple tracking systems for events and marketing efforts.
- Provide general coordination support across internal teams for seamless execution.
