Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Junior Ecommerce Executive to drive growth and optimize online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will manage product listings, advertising campaigns, and inventory while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis, tuning metrics like ACoS and ROAS.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability across platforms, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Optimize product listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, A+ content, and backend keywords.
- Manage inventory health, pricing strategies, and catalog accuracy while monitoring reviews, Buy Box ownership, and seller metrics.
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear KPIs (sales, traffic, ad spend, ACoS, TACoS) and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC ads and marketplace operations in a D2C or multi-brand environment.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart, Jiomart, Blinkit, Big Basket, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ad optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, Sellics, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and data-driven performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Familiarity with marketplace-specific compliance, content standards, and operational requirements.
