About the Role
This role supports the management of ecommerce platforms, focusing on content accuracy, order processing, and customer experience. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to maintain site functionality and support fundraising initiatives through effective digital operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings on the ecommerce platform
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor transaction accuracy and resolve payment issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve user experience
- Update website content in alignment with campaign goals
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with vendors
- Respond to customer inquiries related to online purchases
- Identify and report technical issues on the ecommerce site
- Assist in creating digital marketing content for online campaigns
- Support the implementation of promotional offers and discounts
- Verify product descriptions and pricing for consistency
- Generate reports on sales performance and customer behavior
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Participate in testing new site features and functionalities
- Coordinate with designers and developers on site updates
- Maintain documentation for ecommerce processes and workflows
- Assist in onboarding new vendors or partners
- Monitor site analytics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support integration of third-party tools and payment gateways
- Help prepare materials for digital fundraising campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints
- Escalate complex customer service issues appropriately
- Contribute to planning for seasonal sales events
- Follow established procedures for order adjustments and returns
- Stay informed about ecommerce trends and best practices
