Responsibilities
- Analyse customer reviews across e-commerce platforms.
- Identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support product and marketing teams with data-backed suggestions.
- Monitor product visibility and performance across platforms.
- Help improve search rankings, conversion, and overall digital presence.
- Support the creation and enhancement of product content.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize and improve listings.
- Work with cross-functional and regional teams across APAC.
- Help manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital, or data-related roles (internships included).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Coupang, or Naver.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, or performance marketing).
- Familiarity with consumer review analysis or digital shelf analytics tools.
- Experience working in a regional or cross-cultural environment.
