Responsibilities
- Providing professional customer service to various customers (in person on the showroom, by phone or e-mail, chat, tickets)
- Processing orders in SAP and preparing commercial offers
- Customer inquiries, advice on offered products and logistics matters
- Cooperation with aftersales team in registration and conduct of complaint processes
- Participation in projects to improve processes within the department
- Administration tasks which are related to customer service
Requirements
- Good knowledge of both English and Romanian language
- Attitude to understanding customer needs, ability to actively listen
- Sales and customer care specific competencies - excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good sense of sales, problem solving skills
- Initiative in action (improving self-work) and focus on tasks
- Ability to multitask
- Team player – very important
Nice to Have
- Ideally around 1-2 years of experience in customer service role
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage
- Proactive approach and Sales oriented skills

Additional Information
- The team is working locally and dealing mainly with Romanian customers
- There are no shifts or weekends
- Working schedule is fixed
- Permanent employment with 6 months’ probation period
