VELUX Group is looking for a Junior Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Brasov. You will provide support to a wide range of customers, from end users to construction professionals, and play a key role in our local customer service operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional customer service through multiple channels including in-person at the showroom, phone, email, chat, and tickets.
- Process orders in SAP and prepare commercial offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and advise on products and logistics matters.
- Cooperate with the aftersales team to register and conduct complaint processes.
- Participate in projects to improve departmental processes.
- Perform administration tasks related to customer service.

- Good knowledge of both English and Romanian.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
