Huzzle is hiring a Junior Client Success Manager - Education

As a Junior Client Success Manager in the education sector, you'll play a key role in guiding institutions through their journey with our platform. Your primary responsibility will be building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and helping them make the most of our tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new educational partners with personalized support and training
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and suggest product enhancements
  • Support the renewal process by demonstrating ongoing value and impact

Qualifications

We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in education technology. Experience in client-facing roles is preferred, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to evolving needs.

Success in this role means clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their partnership—knowing they have a dedicated advocate on their side.
