MindFriend Pro is hiring a Junior Business Consultant to launch a consulting career with deep exposure to clients, leadership teams, and international advisory environments. This role supports senior case leads on high-sensitivity client engagements, requiring exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
What You'll Do
- Support Senior Consultants in delivering diagnostic assessments, stakeholder interviews, investigative analysis, and organisational research.
- Prepare briefing notes, client summaries, analytical reports, interview guides, and presentation materials.
- Conduct behavioural, policy, organisational, and contextual research.
- Support the preparation of Diagnostic Reports and client recommendations.
- Assist with mapping stakeholders, risk factors, geopolitical dynamics, and organisational patterns.
- Contribute to public-affairs, B2B/B2G, and international advisory projects as needed.
- Help coordinate project timelines, data collection, and internal workflow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow MindFriend Pro’s Safe-Room Protocol.
- Participate in client meetings (virtual & in-person), including possible international travel.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native English language ability with flawless writing, editing, reading, and speaking.
- Strong academic background (Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, IR, Law, or similar preferred).
- Excellent analytical and research abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally for senior audiences.
- Organised, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential material.
- Ability to work in a hybrid structure (London-based).
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and good judgment.
Nice to Have
- Experience or exposure to public policy, government environments, public affairs, political science, advocacy, or civil service.
- Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science.
- Experience in consulting (internships count).
- Additional languages are a plus.
