MindFriend Pro is hiring a Junior Business Consultant to launch a consulting career with deep exposure to clients, leadership teams, and international advisory environments. This role supports senior case leads on high-sensitivity client engagements, requiring exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

What You'll Do

Support Senior Consultants in delivering diagnostic assessments, stakeholder interviews, investigative analysis, and organisational research.
Prepare briefing notes, client summaries, analytical reports, interview guides, and presentation materials.
Conduct behavioural, policy, organisational, and contextual research.
Support the preparation of Diagnostic Reports and client recommendations.
Assist with mapping stakeholders, risk factors, geopolitical dynamics, and organisational patterns.
Contribute to public-affairs, B2B/B2G, and international advisory projects as needed.
Help coordinate project timelines, data collection, and internal workflow.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow MindFriend Pro’s Safe-Room Protocol.
Participate in client meetings (virtual & in-person), including possible international travel.

What We're Looking For

Native or near-native English language ability with flawless writing, editing, reading, and speaking.
Strong academic background (Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, IR, Law, or similar preferred).
Excellent analytical and research abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally for senior audiences.
Organised, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential material.
Ability to work in a hybrid structure (London-based).
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Professional maturity, discretion, and good judgment.

Nice to Have

Experience or exposure to public policy, government environments, public affairs, political science, advocacy, or civil service.
Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science.
Experience in consulting (internships count).
Additional languages are a plus.
