About the Role

MindFriend Pro is hiring a Junior Business Consultant to launch a consulting career with deep exposure to clients, leadership teams, and international advisory environments. This role supports senior case leads on high-sensitivity client engagements, requiring exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

What You'll Do

  • Support Senior Consultants in delivering diagnostic assessments, stakeholder interviews, investigative analysis, and organisational research.
  • Prepare briefing notes, client summaries, analytical reports, interview guides, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct behavioural, policy, organisational, and contextual research.
  • Support the preparation of Diagnostic Reports and client recommendations.
  • Assist with mapping stakeholders, risk factors, geopolitical dynamics, and organisational patterns.
  • Contribute to public-affairs, B2B/B2G, and international advisory projects as needed.
  • Help coordinate project timelines, data collection, and internal workflow.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow MindFriend Pro’s Safe-Room Protocol.
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual & in-person), including possible international travel.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or near-native English language ability with flawless writing, editing, reading, and speaking.
  • Strong academic background (Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, IR, Law, or similar preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and research abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally for senior audiences.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential material.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid structure (London-based).
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and good judgment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or exposure to public policy, government environments, public affairs, political science, advocacy, or civil service.
  • Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science.
  • Experience in consulting (internships count).
  • Additional languages are a plus.
