About the Role
You will lead the development and implementation of high-quality marketing and brand strategies to achieve annual performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strong results across key performance indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, market share, and shopper reach.
- Execute the long-term brand strategy and marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
- Oversee portfolio development, product innovation, and media planning, with a focus on digital platforms.
- Work closely with teams across shopper marketing, customer marketing, sales, expert marketing, and finance functions.
- Evaluate brand performance and market dynamics, analyzing sales data for both core products and new launches.
- Create and supervise marketing communications and visual assets.
- Assist in driving innovation projects and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
