Nightingale College is looking for a Junior Analyst, Model Builder to join our team. You will collaborate across functions to assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of dynamic financial and operational tools. These tools are critical for informing decision-making, forecasts, budgeting, planning, and tracking key performance indicators.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal functions in the design, build, and implementation of new financial and operational tools, under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into multi-dimensional financial and operational models with supervision.
- Assist in reasoning through complex business problems to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to operating teams.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to systems and operations used in organizational planning, budgeting, and forecasting under senior guidance.
- Assist in the implementation of other functional projects as they arise.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems, or an equivalent of relevant and professional work experience.
- Demonstrated strength in Excel or Google Sheets with a basic understanding of multi-dimensional models and model architecture, formula efficiency, and pivot tables.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience supporting operations in FP&A, accounting, and other business functions.
- Experience with Anaplan.
- Familiarity with SQL and BI/data visualization tools.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $91,517.95-$99,593.06
