About the Role
The candidate will assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Adobe Workfront systems tailored to advertising operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration and upkeep of Adobe Workfront environments
- Collaborate with team members to streamline advertising workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions
- Assist in gathering requirements for new Workfront features
- Document technical processes and system changes
- Participate in testing updates and integrations
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Work with stakeholders to understand project needs
- Maintain data accuracy within project management tools
- Follow best practices for system security and access control
- Assist in user training and onboarding sessions
- Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- Help integrate Workfront with other advertising platforms
- Track project timelines and milestones in the system
- Ensure compliance with internal technical standards
- Contribute to process automation initiatives
- Provide feedback on tool usability and functionality
- Assist in data migration tasks
- Stay current with Adobe Workfront updates and features
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
